The following Registration Fees will be available for GRICU 2025 – Challenging Chemical Engineering Congress, GRICU Doctoral School and CAPE Forum 2025

fee includes:

  • Admission to the GRICU 2025 Congress from September 14 to 17 + GRICU Doctoral School/ CAPE Forum 2025 from September 17 (afternoon) and September 20 (morning)

  • Admission to the GRICU Doctoral School/ CAPE Forum 2025 from September 17 (afternoon) and September 20 (morning)

  • Coffee breaks and Lunches as in the program
  • Certificate of attendance

PLEASE NOTE: In order to include the abstract in the scientific program, at least one Author should be regularly registered in the Congress by June 30, 2025.

HOTEL RESERVATION

We have established special favorable conditions with the Hotel Continental Terme(Congress Venue) reserved for conference participants and listed in the Hotel Booking Form. Participants interested may book directly with the hotel using the prepared Form. Alternatively, they may contact other accommodations by following independent channels.

 

WAY OF PAYMENT AND BILLING

The Registration Fees can be paid by Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, America Express – Debit Card are not accepted) or Bank Transfer (if payment is managed with purchase order of your Institute/University).

If payment is managed by your University, please complete the registration with your personal details by selecting bank transfer as the payment method.
If you are in possession of your University’s billing information (company name, address, VAT number and, for Italians only, “codice univoco”) you can edit it in the “Billing Details” box by clicking on “Edit Details”. Otherwise, continue without editing. In both cases, in order to complete the payment, it is necessary for the Organizing Secretariat to receive a copy of the Purchase Order from your Accounting Office to the email 
info@mcmcongressi.it, within 5 days from the date of registration. We therefore suggest that you proceed with online registration when the Purchase Order is already issued.

If payment is made by yourself, with your personal credit card, the invoice will be automatically issued with the participant’s personal data and cannot be changed.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

The notification of Cancellation should be sent in writing to MCM SRL (info@mcmcongressi.it)

Within July 25, 2025 the full fee, minus Euro 50,00, will be refunded.
After July 25, 2025 no refund will be possible.

All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
